Finally, the untethered jailbreak for ios5.0.1 was announced some days back. I had jailbreak once during ios4.x.x days and the waiting for untethered ios5.0.1 jailbreak was a long journey. On the day of the release of the jailbreak, I was stuck in between of jailbreaking or not. Finally,I decided to ....

For me, I love customisation & that's the reason for me to jailbreak. Let me show you what I meant below:

There's so much Jailbreaking can customise and do to your 'boring' iphone interface. If you are still sitting between the fence on whether to jailbreak or not, I'll say go & Jailbreak & you'll never regret it! If you ever regretted, there's always the option to restore back your iphone (remember to backup 1st). Last but not least, jailbreak is 100% L.E.G.A.L!

X'Mas 2011

Christmas as they said, is a time for celebration! This year I had the opportunity to spend with my relatives and closed ones in Singapore.

Build up to X'Mas

Together with some close friends, we gathered to have a X'Mas eve buffet get together. What's better to usher the coming X'Mas with foods!

Comments:  Wide spread of food from sashimi(s) to snow crabs (too bad only on weekends). Nice atmosphere, good food and reasonable price. Worth trying!

Once Buddha was walking from one town to another town with a few of his followers. This was in the initial days. While they were travelling, they happened to pass a lake. They stopped there and Buddha told one of his disciples,
"I am thirsty. Do get me some water from that lake there."

The disciple walked up to the lake. When he reached it, he noticed that right at that moment,
a bullock cart started crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy, very turbid. The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink!"

So he came back and told Buddha,
"The water in there is very muddy. I don't think it is fit to drink."
After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake and get him some water to drink. The disciple obediently went back to the lake.

This time too he found that the lake was muddy. He returned and informed Buddha about the same.
After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back.

The disciple reached the lake
to find the lake absolutely clean and clear with pure water in it. The mud had settled down
and the water above it looked fit to be had. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha.

Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said," See what you did to make the water clean. You let it be.... and the mud settled down on its own - and you got clear water.  

Your mind is also like that! When it is disturbed, just let it be. Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own. You don't have to put in any effort to calm it down. It will happen. "It is effortless."

Having 'Peace of Mind' is not a strenuous job; it is an effortless process!

Let me start with a -ve word. My job SUCKS. Enough said?

In the 1st year of this JOB, you have to follow your [s.c.m.p] time.
In the 2nd year of this JOB, you still have to follow your [s.c.m.p] time.
In the 3rd-5th year of this JOB, you have to follow your [c.m.p] time.
In the 6th year (if you ever stay so long), you have to follow your [c.p] time.
The [c.p] time will always follow you from the 6th year onwards until you have the opportunity to step & become [p].
Even when you r [p], you still have to follow [c] time.

The your unlucky [WAG] have to follow your time!

So why do you still do this JOB?
Why don't you go & become [c] instead?

In a blink of an eye, 2010 drew to a close. Now we were already 2months into the New Year 2011! Overall, year 2010 has been great! Let me 'kao peh abit about my personal experiences in year 2010. 

First & foremost, I really 'pei fu' myself for the fact that I'm still in audit line! I have been complaining since day 1 & here I am still stuck there. People closed to me will tell you that among my personal favourite of words as long as I'm in audit includes 'Sien' & 'Sigh'. But ever since I crossed over to Spore, I'm glad to say so far these 2 words have not been heard that often anymore. Apart from my never-ending complaints, audit had been generous to me! My time in audit has seen be traveled to Indonesia, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh & Hanoi! That's quite an achievement by itself to me.

Forget about my work-life, my love life have been quite a yo-yo. This was mainly due to me, a complicated little homo-sapiens, whose mind & brain are so damn complicated to the extent that even I myself do not understand sometimes. But, I'm really thankful to my gf! She's one hell of a great gal. Jz to bad she bumped into me & had to suffer with me. I'm really lucky to have known her, to be honest! 

As 2011 slowly gathers pace, more challengers coming the way. I have many New Year Resolutions which I believed are better to be kept secret! I really hope that I can once & for all leave audit as well as settle down soOn. I'm not getting any younger anymore & I do not want to waste my precious only god knows how much little time I have.

Life.in.S'pore

I have been here for a month now & well so far so good I should say. A new place, new environment, new people, new culture; in short, everything's new!

Well. Where should start? Hmm. Ok I'll start with the duration of my few engagements I had involved in. 1st engagement, I was located at the Ocean Towers & it's super near the firm I am working in as well as the HDB's room I am renting. It was a 3weeks Interim engagement. Great ppl made a great team as well as a great working environment to start with. My 2nd engagement as well as my current engagement also runs for 3weeks (& still running). Nxt week is my last week in this engagement. Again, great people I met. Not forgetting, also a well diverse team which includes 2 Singaporeans, 2Indonesians, 1Taiwanese & me. Well the best part should be the many different people I met so far. I have even known a Filipino during my training.

LEISURE
Nothing much to do here, except for shopping! The hub of shopping is in Orchard but you can basically do shopping at every MRT station itself. Electronics gadget is kinda cheap here. So is the football's jersey. If you don't convert back to RM; even if you convert it is cheaper by a few bucks. 2casinos's just open recently & there's also Universal Studio, Birdpark, Zoo & other attractions I have yet to explore.

You can find food everywhere in Spore. Be it Foodcourts, Hawker centres, Fast foods, cafes & any makan places names you can think of. The prices are reasonable as well. But the varieties are almost the same at most of the foodcourts or hawker centres.

Why is football played for 45 minutes in each half?


Those who thought of this must have lots of time

Why people play football for 45 minutes, not 30 minutes or 1 hour?

Even the sports scientists and some of the senior players could not give the right answer.

In that confusing situation one person came up with a reasonable answer.


He said......."The reason people play this game for 45 minutes is...


There are 2 teams and there are 11 players in each team.

Each player brings his own "2 balls"

So in total there are 44 balls.

There is one ball on the ground itself. Thus the grand total is 45.

Sometimes there is extra time of 2 mins which is the referee's balls! Women football play same duration too!
